1. Eligibility
   MyMLE Consumer Protection applies only to purchases made at participating exhibitors during the event and registered via the MyMLE platform.

2. Valid Proof of Purchase
   Customers must retain and submit a valid original receipt and/or proof of payment for verification purposes.

3. Registration Requirement
   Purchases MUST be registered with MyMLE within the stipulated timeframe during the event to qualify for protection.

4. Coverage Scope
   Protection covers disputes related to non-delivery of goods, or failure to fulfill agreed purchase terms by participating exhibitors.

5. Exclusions : 

• Change of mind purchases

• Minor defects disclosed prior to purchase

• Issues caused by customer misuse or external damage

• Purchases made outside the official event period

      6. Claim Submission
        All claims must be submitted within the stated claim period after the event, together with supporting documents.

 

      7. Investigation Process
        MyMLE reserves the right to investigate and request additional information before approving       any claim.

      8. Final Decision
        MyMLE’s decision on all claims is final and binding.

 

      9. Amendments
        MyMLE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
