1. Eligibility

MyMLE Consumer Protection is applicable only to purchases made from participating exhibitors during the official event period and successfully registered through the MyMLE platform.

 

2. Valid Proof of Purchase

Customers must retain and submit the original receipt and/or valid proof of payment for verification purposes.

 

3. Registration Requirement

All eligible purchases must be registered on the MyMLE platform within the stipulated registration period during the event to qualify for Consumer Protection.

 

4. Coverage

MyMLE Consumer Protection covers eligible claims arising from non-delivery of purchased goods only.

 

5. Exclusions (Consumer Protection does not cover):

• Purchases cancelled due to a change of mind.

• Minor defects that were disclosed or accepted before purchase.

• Damage or issues resulting from customer misuse, negligence, or external causes.

• Purchases made outside the official event period.

 

6. Compensation Limit

For approved claims involving the non-delivery of goods, the Organizer will provide compensation of up to RM2,000 in the form of Cash Vouchers per claim, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

 

7. Claim Submission

All claims must be submitted within the designated claim period after the event, together with all required supporting documents.

 

8. Investigation Process

Organizer reserves the right to investigate any claim and request additional information or supporting documents before making a decision.

9. Final Decision

All decisions made by organizer regarding claim approvals or rejections are final and binding.

 

10. Amendments

Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
