1. Guaranteed Free Gift Redemption:

   • Free gifts can be redeemed with accumulated or combined orders.

   • A minimum spend is required to redeem a guaranteed gift or instant cash rebate voucher.

   • Free gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

2. Redemption Limitations:

   • Each customer is entitled to redeem either ONE (1) cash voucher or ONE (1) gift product.

   • Cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions, or discounts.

   • Gift redemption is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Receipt & Eligibility Requirements:

   • Only original receipts are accepted; duplicated or reprinted receipts will not be allowed.

   • Vouchers are only redeemable for products exhibited at Modern Living Home Expo.

   • Organizers and exhibitors are not eligible to redeem vouchers or guaranteed gifts.

4. General Terms & Rights:

   • The organizers reserve the right to reject any claims that do not comply with these terms.

   • Any purchases deemed suspicious or fraudulent may result in order cancellation.

   • The organizers reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.
