This voucher is redeemable exclusively at the Modern Living Home Expo.

A minimum spend of RM2,000 is required, which can be met through either deposit or full payment on-site.

Receipts may be combined for eligibility (e.g., original purchase receipt + bank transfer slip or credit card receipt).

Cash payments are NOT eligible for the Early Bird Cash Voucher.

Each customer is allowed to redeem a maximum of ONE (1) Early Bird Cash Voucher per event.

The voucher must be used at the current event and is valid for a one-time use only.

To redeem the RM200 Early Bird Cash Voucher, customers must present their original physical identification card (IC) or passport to the redemption staff.

Vouchers must be claimed at the designated redemption counter. Sellers or exhibitors are not authorized to process voucher redemptions.

Only customers aged 21 years or older are eligible to redeem the Early Bird Cash Voucher.

The Early Bird Cash Voucher is only valid for payments made on the same day of the event.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or vouchers.

The voucher is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be returned for a new voucher.

Organizers will not entertain claims for defaced, damaged, or lost vouchers.

Organizers reserve the right to reject claims that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Orders may be canceled if suspicious or potentially fraudulent behavior is observed from the purchaser.

Modern Living Event Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.

The Early Bird Cash Voucher is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
